Optimal Printing Instructions for Formathics Materials

For the best printing experience, we recommend the following:

Preferred Devices: Use laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, or MacBooks.
Recommended Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or other Chromium-based browsers (like Opera, Brave, Epic).
Document Margins: Our printable materials are formatted with a 0.5-inch margin. This setting should apply automatically with the recommended hardware/software. Depending on your specific setup, you may need to add this manually.
Save PDF First: If your hardware/software combination has trouble printing directly from Formathics, save the document as a PDF first using "Save to PDF" or "Save as PDF" in your browser, then print the PDF directly.
Scale: The best scale settings depend on your specific setup. Certain hardware/software combinations work best when scaled to 100%, while others work best with a smaller scale or when using the "fit to printable area" or "fit to page" options.

While Formathics is mobile-friendly, printing from mobile devices may result in formatting issues due to how some devices handle printing. Therefore, we advise against using mobile devices for printing.
We do not support printing with or saving from the Safari browser, as it may not correctly apply site-updated print settings.

If you must print from a phone, adjust the scale/zoom settings for better results. As a starting point, try setting the scale to 88% and adjust as needed, especially when using iPhones.
